Dave Hirschkop is the founder and creative force behind Dave’s Gourmet. The products reflect his love of delicious food, wholesome ingredients, and innovative ideas. He grew up in Virginia and started an off-beat taqueria in Maryland called Burrito Madness. There he created the “hottest hot sauce in the universe” as a way to control unruly drunk patrons. However, it ended up doing the opposite and customers were coming in droves for the heat as well as the flavor. This insane heat led to his sauce being banned from the National Fiery Food Show. Over the past twenty years, Dave and his team have worked tirelessly to save the world from blandness and banality—one delicious and innovative product at a time.

Sweetsmith Candy Co. was founded by Dannah Davies in the summer of 2012. It didn't take long for her to notice the need for allergen friendly, delicious treats; she decided to take the pportunity to both pursue her passion for experimental cooking, and provide the much-needed reprieve from the uninspiring sweets available to those with wheat, soy, dairy and egg sensitivities.

Voisin's Maple Products LTD.
Making maple syrup has been a Voisin Family tradition for a great many years. Grandpa (George) Voisin started the tradition way back in the 1920’s tapping 50 taps and boiling the syrup in the old fashioned sugar kettle on a farm just outside of Formosa, Ontario. By the year 2000 the business had outgrown the original sugar shack and a large, modern facility was built to process sap from 8000 taps, along with a much larger kitchen area and packing room to accomodate for the wide range of gourmet maple delicacies which are now produced at Voisin’s Maple Products. They take great pride in the quality of maple syrup and maple products they produce.
